However, as Ronesha points out, many veterans are unaware that they can use their VA loan benefits multiple times, allowing them to invest in multiple properties. By refinancing and leveraging equity, veterans can continue to build wealth through real estate, even while holding on to their existing properties. This strategy is particularly effective in high-value markets like California, where property appreciation can lead to significant returns over time.
