I became a fitness enthusiast almost 20 years ago when I worked at Gold's Gym in Ronkonkoma, NY. I've taken on roles to include Command Fitness Leader (CFL) during my time in the military to now being a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and training to be a Healthy Psychologist (PhD).
I focus on overall health. What this means is, I want to make sure you don't just look and feel good; but that you're body is operating efficiently. This not only includes mental health, but how you handle outside stimuli.
Online Training
You deserve to be healthy. I've always hated how expensive and how hard it can be to try and be healthy, not to mention all of the people out there just trying to make money. I really do care about your overall health and helping you reach your goals. This is why my online coaching isn't just a "one and done" training plan. We will work together for 3, 6, or 12 months (or more) cultivating a training plan to help get you back on track.
Your training plan will include a strategic step-by-step long term plan to not only help you develop healthier habits, but to do it in a way that is enjoyable so you look forward to training. My online training program includes a custom meal plan, workout/training plan, access to over 500 Healthy Recipes, a new workout library and even your VERY OWN website. I will create you a custom portal so you don't have to scroll through your emails to find your plans. You can access everything from this one page.

Meal Planning
Nutrition is my priority, so you won't get some cookie cutter plan that has been sent to 100 other people. You'll complete a comprehensive consultation form so I get to know what you like, what you don't like and what your goals are. Then I'll spend 4-5 hours crafting a meal plan that you absolutely love.
Online coaching clients also get access to my library of over 500 recipes. These Healthy Recipes cater to all dietary sensitivities to include gluten-free, low carb, and more. I even have over 80 recipes that require ONLY five ingredients.
As you progress, your meal plan will change so you're never bored. You'll be able to enjoy the foods you love while never getting bored or eating the same thing every day if you don't want to.

Workout Plans
We all have different goals, different bodies, different interests, etc. You deserve a workout plan as unique as you are. I will write you a workout plan that COMPLIMENTS your life to help make it enjoyable. This can be anything you want; at home, in the gym, with equipment, with no equipment, using bands, using only body weight - whatever you prefer.
Online coaching clients get access to my BRAND NEW workout library with workouts added every day so you can swap things out or try new things.
As you progress, your workout plan will progress too! During our check-ins we'll talk about what you like or things you'd like to work on so your personalized plans are always challenging, but enjoyable.
