04 · My Story
Proud to be
from the Bronx.
I come from the South Bronx, a place that taught me grit, resilience, and the importance of community. That phrase, "proud to be from the Bronx," carries the heart of my story: determination, gratitude, and the drive to lift others as I climb.
I spent nearly a decade in the U.S. Navy, where I learned discipline, adaptability, and what it means to lead through service. Life then opened new doors with the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security, protecting people, assets, and missions on a larger scale.
Service never stopped. Today I volunteer with local Search and Rescue, work alongside the Sheriff's Office, and champion animal rescue. My dog Legend is a rescue, and my late soul dog King remains my reminder of unconditional love and loyalty.
I hold an MBA and a DBA in Homeland Security, and I'm currently pursuing my PhD in Health Psychology. Every credential represents the same thing: another way to learn, grow, and serve.
"Uplift and be uplifted."
True success is not about what we gain. It's about how we help others rise along the way.
