Terms and Conditions for Custom Design Orders

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS

Effective Date: 23 June 2023

1. Order Process: Upon submitting the custom design order form, you will receive a mockup of your design via email. You must approve the mockup within 7 business days. Approval of the mockup is required before proceeding. Once approved, an invoice will be issued and must be settled before production begins.

2. Payment: Full payment is required after approval of the design mockup and prior to the commencement of production. Accepted payment methods will be detailed in the invoice.

3. Production and Delivery: The standard production time is 5-7 business days from the date of payment. Expedited delivery options are available and must be requested via the order form. Additional charges for expedited delivery will apply and will be specified in the invoice.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: You may cancel your order at any point without penalty prior to the approval of the design mockup. Once the mockup has been approved and the invoice has been paid, the order is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Design Ownership and Usage: Custom fonts and designs provided by customers must be their own or they must have the right to use them. Crafts by Jessie V is not responsible for any copyright or licensing violations. Final designs produced by Crafts by Jessie V become the intellectual property of Jessie Virga LLC and may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability: Crafts by Jessie V is not responsible for errors in the final product due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at the time of order. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

7. Changes to Order: Any changes to the design or order details must be submitted before the design mockup is approved. Changes after approval may incur additional charges and could affect delivery times.

8. Shipping and Handling: The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. Crafts by Jessie V is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect address information supplied by the customer. Tracking information will be provided via email.
